UNCW Speaker

The Town of St. James UNCW Speaker Series continues Tuesday (3/14) at 7:00 PM at the St. James Community Center. Dr. Mouhcine Guettabi, UNCW Professor of Economics and UNCW Regional Economist, will discuss the current state of the US economy and what he expects going forward. He will also discuss how southeast NC fared during the pandemic and whether it will be sensitive to the slowdown we will likely experience at the national level. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Guettabi at our UNCW Speaker Series! Look for another informative and inspiring program. His background brings a wealth of experience of our economy, including inflation, wages, debt, trade and more. For further information, please contact J. Taylor Ryan, (201) 924-5199.
